Glaze & Perfect Your Ceramic Creation

Bring your handmade piece to life with a refined glazing experience designed to give your work a professional, luminous finish. Whether your piece is from a previous Posy workshop or something you’ve crafted at home, this session will guide you through the art of glazing with intention and style. Our instructors will walk you through colour selection, layering techniques, and the finer details that elevate your piece from handmade to truly polished. Once glazed, your work will be fired in our kiln to achieve a smooth, durable, glossy surface.

This class can be booked 2 weeks after your Clay session including any Sculpt & Wheel Throwing classes!

Please note: Only properly bisque-fired pieces can be glazed. All items will be inspected prior to firing.

What to Expect

This dedicated 2-hour session allows you to refine and perfect your ceramic pieces with care. You’ll have time to sketch designs, explore colour options, and choose from our curated range of premium underglazes in a variety of shades. Our team is on hand to support you through technique, detail, and creativity all at a relaxed, enjoyable pace.

BYO

Our studio is BYO-friendly, so feel free to bring your favourite beverages. While food is not provided, light snacks are welcome.
Please note: Our 6PM sessions are strictly 18+.

After the Class

Due to a busy kiln schedule, your finished piece will be ready for pickup or shipping within 3–4 weeks. Once fired, your ceramics will be fully functional & food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-friendly.
