Lesbian Paint Club - LRC X POSY

Join us for the first of many Lesbian Paint Club events in collaboration with LRC (Lesbian Run Club). This event is a safe, welcoming + non-judgemental space for queer-identifying folks and allies who want to learn basic ceramics skills run by Queer Artist and owner of Posy Ceramics - Emily.

Painting on clay brings us together, embodying self-care and fostering friendships in our amazing community. Express your originality and have fun with new friends!

Let your creativity shine with our lesbian-approved Pottery Painting workshop! Add beautiful colour to our pre-made ceramic pieces with our easy underglazing techniques. No prior skills required!

+ Lesson Length
In this 2 hour session you'll Sip & Paint a premade ceramic mug / cup of your choice (unless you attended our first Clay Club where you will paint your previously made creations)

+ BYO
The venue is BYO so you can bring whatever bevvies (or no alc) that you'd like! Cups & Cutlery provided - fridge / eski space is limited.
There is no food provided in the session but you’re welcome to bring snacks to share - we can make a communal snacking table!

Class sizes are strictly limited and you must be Over +18 to attend. 

+ What you will paint
You will be provided with ONE pre made stoneware ceramic mug/cup; a large pre-made Posy Mug approximately 350ml-400ml in size that is already bisque fired so it is ready to paint by you.

Once the session has finished all the pieces will be collected and put in the kiln (pottery oven) and ready to pick up 2-4 weeks later. All the pieces are functional and can be put in the dishwasher / microwave.
