Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand things can happen and plans can change, our workshops involve a lot of preparation, and it can be very difficult to fill a cancelled spot on short notice.
One week from start time
If you are able to give one week’s notice for cancellation, you will receive a full refund or store credit towards a future class.
Between one week and 48 hours from start time
If you are able to give 48 hours notice, you will receive a store credit that can be used for a future workshop or online giftcard.
Under 48 hours from start time
Due to the preparation of materials and other elements involved, if you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for the workshop you are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
