Can I Come Alone?
Absolutely. Many students join solo, and our classes are relaxed, social, and welcoming. We work together around a communal table, creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone can explore clay at their own pace.
What Can I Make?
With access to multiple clay bodies, and a wide range of premium underglazes and coloured glazes, you’ll have everything you need to develop sophisticated, high-quality pieces.
Intermediate students typically explore:
• larger or double-walled vessels
• lidded forms and refined jars
• sculptural or multi-part works
• advanced slab-built objects
• serving pieces or sets
• more intricate or stylised designs
All students have access to a curated range of underglazes and both clear and coloured glazes to finish their work. All final pieces will be kiln-fired and ready for collection 2-4 weeks after the course ends.
All finished work is fully functional — microwave-safe and dishwasher-friendly.
